F1 Car Collection – Australia
The F1 Car Collection – Australia is mainly a subscription based set of Diecast Models available in Australia. Each issue comes complete with a magazine detailing each car along with the circuits and other interesting F1 information. The car and magazine costs around $19.99 and subscribers also received a number of free gifts. At the present time the F1 Car Collection – Australia is following the UK list and will probbaly go to 180 models although I do not have inside knowledge about this.
Premium Subscribers receive the F1 Car Collection Transporter Trucks, these appeared every 20 Editions at 21, 41, 61, 81, 101 and 121
The Collection is an International one. Starting in Italy which eventually concluded at 230 cars. The collection can also be found in numerous European Countries along with others including Australia, South Africa and South America. All of the collections feature a large number of Ferrari’s, mainly, I think because there have been a number of Ferrari Collections. Ferrari La Storia, and the Ferrari F1 Collection.
All the cars seem to be manufactured by the same company and are marketed under different brands. Namely IXO and distributed by Panini. The Eaglemoss Brazilian Collection users the same cars but with the addition of a driver figure.

F1 Car Collection – Free Gifts
F1CC Australia
To F1CC Subscribers in Australia, would someone be able to let me know what number you guys are up to, so that I can update the listing and images accordingly.
Many thanks
Jasper Williams
Hi Jasper, firstly you have created a great website F1 diecast collectors.
I have been told by F1CC that the collection will go to 180 in Australia, I’m currently at 157.
I can also let you know I have received another free transporter (now 7 in total) it is a Mercedes-Benz AMG not sure what year yet as I have not had time to really look at it yet but I would say from within the last 5 years or so. I did not see this one on your site.
I currently have over 550 models mainly 1:43 scale consisting of Minichamps, Onyx, Quartzo, Bburago, Brumm, Hot Wheels and others. By what I can see I have models that you don’t have listed on your site.
I have created a spreadsheet (like most collectors is guess) and have taken photos of each model.
Keep up the great work.
Thought I would let you know I’m from Brisbane.
Cheers
Hi Brett, thanks for your kind words and great that you also have such a large collection.
Good news that you have the latest transporter, a lot of subscribers in the UK are still waiting, it’s a 2016 truck. I don’t have one myself, almost impossible to get hold of. Would you be able to take a few photographs of it and I can then add it to my website.
We were on the Sunshine Coast for 3 months back end of last year, stayed in Brisbane a couple of times. We loved Felons and all the places down on the river.
Best regards
Jasper
Hi Jasper,
Sorry for the very late reply, still enjoying your site.
Just letting you know it looks like the Collection will hit 200 in Australia I just received issues 186 & 187. I keep asking them will it end there and their response is we are don’t know it’s up to the publisher.
My collection keeps growing it’s up to 725 now, I have also started collecting the Lego sets.
Not sure if you still need the photo’s of the Mercedes AMG Transporter I have taken some definitely wont be as good as the ones you take. Better still I actually have a spare one as the first one I received had a small piece that was not fitted correctly. If you would like it I could send it to you, just let me know.
Not sure how I can send the photos from here, I believe I have found you on Facebook, I think you are on the same F1 models group as I am and also your business name helped. So I could send them to you via messenger if you like or just email me directly.
Thanks
Brett

Jasper
Hi Jasper. Next issue here in Australia is 174.
Thanks Drew, that’s great. I’ve updated the images for the Australian page. Merry Christmas!
Hi Jasper,
Great website, I have been collecting the F1 cars that I like it’s just a too big a collection to get them all.
Just to let you know l was in my local news agent, (Brisbane Australia) ordering a back order of the Toleman TG185 and they were up to number 181 so they are still going.
Cheers
Wayne
Hey, i stopped at 123 in Australia due to Covid(had no idea what was going on with them) can i continue and start buying 124-180..Cheers
Hi John, you’ll need to contact Panini about re-starting your subscription from 180 forwards, You’re unlikley to be able to get hold of the cars between 123 & 180 unless you can find them on eBay. If you search enough you’ll find them, but shipping to Australia may be a problem.
I’m onto number 181 ( Australian editions)
I’ve always collected them through my local post office at kedron ( kedron news Gympie rd kedron)
Can I be sent the transporters that I’ve misssed out on?
Thx.
Laurie hill
42, chestnut street Wynnum 4178 Brisbane Australia
Hi Laurie, thanks for that, the only place you will be able to get the transporters will be eBay. The last 2, Mercedes & Williams versions will be almost impossible to get, unless you get lucky and find them somewhere. Happy hunting.
